Oak Tree Folder

Each student will have an Oak Tree Folder. This folder will be taken home and returned everyday! This folder will contain: our daily homework assignments and any other papers that need to be sent home or kept at home.

Please check this folder on a daily basis. Any work on the keep at home side, please empty every night. Items on the bring back to school side should be checked, signed (if necessary) and returned the following day.

Homework:

Daily homework assignments will be recorded in Oak Tree assignment pad. Students are responsible for copying their own homework from the white board and for bringing this assignment pad to school and home each day.

Please check this pad for daily homework assignments and any important upcoming events.

Birthdays:

Birthdays are a time for us to celebrate your child! Non-Food goody bags are welcomed to be sent in for each student.

Birthday invitations are more than welcomed to be passed out in school as long as all students are involved or all girls invite all girls and all boys invite all boys.

Behavior Chart:

We will be keeping track of our behavior on a daily basis.  Students will earn behavior bucks at the end of everyday that they will be able to cash in to our prize box throughout the year!

Scholastic Book Orders:

Each month a Scholastic book order is sent home. If your child would like to order books, please fill out the book order form and return payment by the due date. Scholastic will only accept checks or money orders made out to Scholastic. Please do not send cash with your order!
